About Bubba's
Bubba's is one of the american restaurants listed in Traverse City, Michigan. The business is registered at 428 E Front St, Traverse City, MI 49686; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip. This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 amโ9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (231) 995-0570. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, tcbubbas.com.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 4,276 reviews, which is a strong result for an american restaurant in Traverse City and suggests consistent service.
Traverse City is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Traverse City follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I have found it. The burger. The one you tell your friends about. The one that lives rent-free in your brain forever. The one youโd cross citiesโno, walk 500 milesโjust to experience again. They call it the Shrek Burger, and let me tell youโฆ this thing is not a meal, itโs a legend. Weโre talking a MASSIVE, borderline-unhinged stack of perfection: a juicy burger piled high with tender pulled pork, drenched in BBQ sauce, topped with crispy fried onions, FRIED CHEESE (yes, you read that right), and just the right kick from jalapeรฑos. I skipped the coleslaw, but honestly? This thing didnโt need a single extra thing to be absolutely life-altering. You know that episode of How I Met Your Mother where Marshall spends years chasing the perfect burger? The one he dreams about? The one that ruins all other burgers for him? Yeah. This is that burger. Every bite had me questioning every other burger Iโve ever eaten. Likeโฆ where have you been all my life? Why did I settle for less? Who hurt me? I would absolutely walk 500 miles (and 500 more) just to fall down at the door of this place and eat this burger again. 10/10. No notes. I will be thinking about this for years.

Seated promptly, my wife had the Banh Mi sandwich and said it was great. I have the smoked Mac n cheese which was also very good. And we started with the pork nachos which you can't go wrong with!

Such a great place I have eaten here both days this week that we used the airport in Traverse!!! Day flying in and out to visit Mackinaw Island. BEST BURGER, haystack onion rings, mushrooms, bacon with blackened burger!!!! AWESOME AWESOME!! Onion rings were crunchy and onion didn't pull out on first bite!! The Burnt end special with asparagus, lemon aoli and balsamic vinegar was another unique sandwich that was absolutely awesome!! See picks for a delight and visit this place and have a great beer on tap!!! Will not be disappointed for sure!!!

Burgers and customizability was just what we needed. Our server, who worked at the bar was awesome, helpful, and even gave us strawberry puree to add to our ginger ale.....it was a hit. (Wish I remembered her name) Great job!

The atmosphere here very much feels like a tavern. However a tavern with a welcoming feel to it. I ordered the Shrek Burger ($22). The 1/2 pound burger is topped with Fried Cheese, Fresh Jalapeรฑo, Pulled Pork, Cole Slaw, Haystack Onions, Bourbon BBQ Sauce. The burger was very good with a few caveats. The pulled pork is very average and doesn't add anything to the burger. The fried cheese was very good and did add to thd burger. The bourbon bbq sauce was meh and didn't add much. However the meat itself is excellent and I think a plainer burger would have been better. The fries that came with the burger were very good. I also ordered a Chocolate Shake and it was fantastic. the service was very good and everyone was very friendly. Overall a solid 4 star review. Would I return? Absolutely. Definitely for the shakes and I very much believe a simpler burger would have been better.
